1. يرجى الملاحظة أن هذه نسخة تجريبية من شاشة الاسعار الفورية لسوق دبي المالي ("شاشة الاسعار ")والموقع الجديد لسوق دبي المالي ("الموقع الإلكتروني") وهي لا تزال قيد الاختبار النهائي قبل إطلاقها رسميا. بمجرد الضغط على الرابط لشاشة الاسعار و/أو الموقع الإلكتروني على جهازك الشخصي ، سوف تعتبر أنك قد قبلت جميع الشروط أدناه،جميع الشروط والاحكام وسياسة إخلاء المسؤولية المتوفرة على موقع سوق دبي المالي www.dfm.ae وتكون مستخدما مسجلا خاصاً. يتم توفير شاشة الاسعار و/أو الموقع الإلكتروني والتطبيقات البرمجيات ، وجميع المحتويات " كما هي" و على أساس "ما هو متوفر من بيانات. لا يعطي سوق دبي المالي أي ضمانات ، سواء كانت صريحة أو ضمنية ، عن ملائمة أو استخدام شاشة الاسعار/و/أو الموقع الإلكتروني/التطبيقات أو أي من محتوياتها .لن يكون سوق دبي المالي مسؤولا عن أي خسارة ، سواء كانت هذه الخسارة هي مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أو خاصة أو تبعية ، من قبل أي طرف كان نتيجة لاستخدام هذه التطبيقات، البرمجيات، الاسعار والاشعارات أو المحتوى. إن الوصول إلى أي محتويات من شاشة الاسعار /و/أو الموقع الإلكتروني/التطبيقات ، البيانات ، البرمجيات أو اي وظيفة معينة من شاشة الاسعار /و/أو الموقع الإلكتروني/التطبيقات هو على مسؤوليتك الشخصية و سوف يكون المستخدم هو المسؤول الوحيد عن أي ضرر قد يحصل إلى أي جهاز، نظام الحاسب الالي أو فقدان البيانات التي قد تنتج عن مثل هذه الأنشطة . إذا واجهت أي مشاكل فنية ، ثغرات برمجية ، أوعدم وجود وظيفة معينة أو غيرها من المشاكل على التطبيقات ، يرجى إرسالها إلينا حتى نتمكن من تصحيح هذه الملاحظات حسب الامكانية.
   
   
2. يعمل سوق دبي المالي على توفير وعرض البيانات والمعلومات الصحيحة متزامنة في وقتها قدر الإمكان، على أن حداثة تلك البيانات ودقتها غير مؤكدة بل هي للعلم والاسترشاد فقط. ويخلي السوق مسئوليته عن أي نقص أو خطأ أو تأخر في نشر البيانات والمعلومات، وبالتالي عن أية مطالبات و/أو خسائر من أي نوع تنشأ سواء بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر عن استخدام تلك البيانات والمعلومات المتاحة في موقع السوق أو في إحدى نشراته أو مطبوعاته أو استخدام أحد البرامج أو الأنظمة الإلكترونية التي يوفرها السوق. 
   
   
3. القوانين والأنظمة واللوائح المنشورة في موقع سوق دبي المالي هي للعلم فقط وحداثتها غير مؤكدة، واللغة العربية هي اللغة الرسمية والمعتمدة في إصدار تلك القوانين والأنظمة واللوائح، وبالتالي فإن قيام سوق دبي المالي بترجمتها وعرضها باللغة الإنجليزية هو لسهولة توفير المعلومات الرئيسية لمن ليست اللغة العربية لغتهم الأصلية، ولا يتحمل سوق دبي المالي أو هيئة الإمارات للأوراق المالية والسلع مسئولية عما ينتج عن فهم خاطئ لترجمة تلك القوانين والأنظمة واللوائح، أو استخدام النصوص الإلكترونية المعروضة على الموقع باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، ويمكن للجهات المهتمة مراجعة مصادر تلك القوانين والأنظمة واللوائح للحصول على الأصول المعتمدة منها، وتعديلاتها. 
   
   
4. لن يكون سوق دبي المالي مسؤولاً عن صحة أية معلومات أو تقارير أو أخبار أو تحليلات ينشرها السوق على موقعه الإلكتروني أو في إحدى نشراته أو مطبوعاته سواء أصدرتها جهات أخرى أو أصدرها سوق دبي المالي بطلب من تلك الجهات. ولا يعتبر نشر سوق دبي المالي لها بمثابة إقرار منه بصحة محتوياتها أو بقانونية التصرفات التي يجريها أي شخص بناء عليها، كما وأنها لا تعبر بأي حال من الأحوال عن وجهة نظر السوق، ويرجى مراجعة المصدر في حالة وجود أي ملاحظات على صلة بالموضوع. 
   
   
5. يحتفظ سوق دبي المالي بحقوق الملكية الفكرية للموقع الخاص به والنشرات والمطبوعات الصادرة منه وما تتضمنه من معلومات، وبيانات، وشعارات، وصور، ومؤثرات صوتية ومواد وبرامج مستخدمة في الموقع، وبالتالي يحظر تعديلها أو نسخها أو عرضها أو توزيعها أو إعادة استخدامها أو نقلها أو اشتقاق مواد أخرى منها أو بيعها أو الارتباط بموقع السوق الإلكتروني دون إذن خطي مسبق من إدارة السوق. ويتعرض للمسائلة القانونية كل من يخالف ذلك. 
   
   
6. يحظر استخدام موقع سوق دبي المالي أو البرامج التي يوفرها السوق أو أي من خدمات السوق بطريقة قد تسبب تلف، أو عطل، أو إجهاد، أو تخريب موقع السوق أو أي من برامج السوق، أو أنظمته الإلكترونية أو خدماته أو الشبكات التي ترتبط بها، ويجب الامتناع عن أي محاولة للدخول بدون تصريح لأي من برامج السوق، أو أنظمته الالكترونية أو خدماته أو الشبكات التي ترتبط بها، أو حساب مستخدم أخر من خلال القرصنة أو سرقة الرمز السري أو غيرها من الأساليب. كما يجب الامتناع عن القيام بأي محاولة للحصول على مواد أو معلومات لا يتيحها السوق من خلال موقعه، أو برامجه أو أنظمته الالكترونية أو خدماته، وللحصول على مثل هذه المعلومات يرجى مراجعة سوق دبي المالي، الذي سيقوم بتوفيرها لك في حالة عدم مخالفة ذلك لمتطلبات سرية المعلومات والإفصاح. 
   
   
7. لسوق دبي المالي الحق المطلق في إلغاء اشتراكك أو استخدامك لأي من برامج السوق، أو أنظمته الإلكترونية أو خدماته أو أي جزء منها دون سابق إنذار، وللسوق الحق أيضًا في إلغاء أو إيقاف أي اشتراك أو استخدام لبرامج السوق، أو أنظمته الالكترونية أو خدماته أو أي جزء منها لفترة محددة بغرض التحديث أو التغيير. 
   
   
8. إن ربط موقع السوق الإلكتروني بمواقع أخرى هو لتسهيل الوصول إليها، ولن يكون السوق مسئولاً عما يترتب على الدخول لتلك المواقع والبيانات المذكورة فيها.
